As a Creative Lead, Paid Social, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our clients' paid social media campaigns. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the creative strategy and direction of our accounts, and your ability to work autonomously and collaboratively will be essential in delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities
As a Creative Lead, Paid Social, you will be responsible for leading the creative strategy and account management on a growing portfolio of paid social accounts, primarily on Meta and TikTok. You will work closely with our paid social media buyer to optimize and execute campaigns, and you will be the senior voice in the room for client meetings.
- Own creative strategy from ICP research through brief through iteration
- Lead client relationships on most of your accounts
- Manage vendor production (designers, video editors, voice talent)
- Translate Meta and TikTok performance into client-facing narratives
- Build creative systems that can be scaled
- Collaborate with our paid social media buyer to optimize and execute campaigns
- Report to the founder and provide regular updates on account performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry
- Continuously evaluate and improve our creative strategies and processes
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Track record of US-targeted paid social creative that performed (not just looked good), across both B2C and B2B
- Native or near-native US English
- Comfortable in client meetings as the senior voice in the room
- Have owned creative on accounts end-to-end, not just executed pieces under someone else's lead
- Have run vendor production: written briefs, given revisions, shipped final assets
- AI-fluent in your daily workflow
- Able to hold real conversations about Meta and TikTok mechanics
