The Financial Controller role is critical to our company's growth and success. As a key member of our finance team, the Financial Controller will be responsible for leading our accounting and financial operations, providing strategic financial insights, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities
The Financial Controller will oversee all aspects of our financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. This will involve managing our daily accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and analyzing our financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls to minimize risk and maintain the highest level of financial integrity.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting or financial management experience, preferably in the transportation, logistics, or container industry.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency with accounting and ERP systems, including advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- CPA designation is highly desirable.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
