Key Responsibilities
As a Google Ads Media Buyer at HoloGrowth, you'll be responsible for running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across a portfolio of ecommerce brands. This includes managing strategy, budgets, testing, execution, and optimization to achieve real profit for our clients. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement structured testing frameworks, analyze performance data, and communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
- Running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax) across a portfolio of ecommerce brands
- Developing and executing campaign strategies, including creative and copy testing, writing ad copy, and supporting creative briefs
- Performing performance analysis, digging into numbers, spotting patterns, and translating them into clear actions
- Implementing technical tracking inside Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), ensuring conversion data is clean, accurate, and trustworthy
- Communicating performance and changes with clients on Slack and meetings
- Learning relentlessly, noting down every detail on strategy calls, asking good questions, and pushing yourself to understand things two levels deeper than required
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement structured testing frameworks across SEM and PPC campaigns
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, best practices, and industry trends
- Contributing to the development of our agency's knowledge base and sharing expertise with the team
- Participating in team meetings, providing feedback, and helping to drive business growth
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Fluent and confident communication in English
- At least 1-2 years of Google Ads experience with DTC ecommerce brands (or similar)
- Genuine curiosity about the technical side: GTM, GA4, conversion tracking, attribution
- Analytical mindset and figure-it-out mentality
- Located in EU timezone or willing to work in it
- Strong understanding of Google Ads campaign types, including Search, Display, Shopping, and PMax
- Experience with campaign optimization, including bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing page optimization
Nice-to-Have
