Key Responsibilities
As a Localization Web Developer at NinjaOne, you will be responsible for executing localization best practices and supporting our multilingual teams in achieving world-class user experiences across languages. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing functional quality assurance workflows, managing website LQA, and collaborating with regional marketing teams to understand their needs and find scalable solutions.
- Execute localization best practices and support multilingual teams in achieving world-class user experiences
- Oversee functional quality assurance workflows across 9 target languages and others that may be added in the future
- Manage website LQA, ensuring that every published page meets our high standards for localization
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to understand their needs and find scalable solutions
- Develop and implement LQA strategies across our website
- Combine knowledge of CMS functionality with localization practices to unlock otherwise unattainable effectiveness
- Solve localization problems in a high-volume localization environment
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including SEO, Content, Paid, and Design
- Document problems and fixes to improve the effectiveness of daily services over time
- Provide clear directions and guidance to stakeholders as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years of programming experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and deliver outstanding services in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with at least one other language (such as French or German) preferred
- Strong attention to detail, with a critical eye for anything that may impact the user experience
- Experience with WordPress, with other CMS experience and/or WPML a plus
- Ability to work effectively with people who need your expertise, providing clear directions and guidance as needed
- Bachelor's degree in technology, although not mandatory
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with CAT tools (such as memoQ)
- Experience with project management processes
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they impact localization
