Key Responsibilities
The Market Director will play a key role in driving business results and growing the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a recruiting strategy to attract high-quality, diverse talent, as well as developing and executing a plan to recruit quality talent through networking and relationship-building.
- Attract, recruit, and select diverse talent to grow the market
