Key Responsibilities

As a Senior UI/UX & Graphic Designer at Lemon.io, you will be responsible for creating polished, production-ready designs from scratch. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop design solutions that meet their expectations.

Design and develop UI/UX designs for various projects, including web and mobile applications
Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our clients' brand identities
Develop and maintain design systems, component architecture, and style guides
Collaborate with our team to ensure design consistency and quality across all projects
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Defend design decisions and provide constructive feedback to clients and team members
Manage your time effectively and meet deadlines without being chased
Absorb project context quickly and start producing valuable work within the first days
Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all design work
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Have

5+ years of experience in UI & UX Design or Graphic Design
Strong design craft and attention to detail
Experience with Figma, Prototyping, and Adobe Creative Suite
Clear and confident communication in English
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Reliability and strong self-presentation skills
Ability to absorb project context quickly and start producing valuable work within the first days

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Product Design and Adobe
Knowledge of design systems, component architecture, and how design decisions translate into real product or brand outcomes
