We are seeking high-energy, experienced Inside Sales Reps to join our Marketing Team at our Fort Worth location. The ideal person is a competitive self-starter, passionate about helping others, and has great communication skills to work in a call center environment! This is one of THE most rewarding and exciting jobs you will find!
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound phone call campaigns
Coordinate with businesses to secure advertising on promotional products
Promoting spirit items and fundraising opportunities
Ability to respond with a sense of urgency in a sales-driven culture
Required Qualifications:
Previous work experience in Sales, Marketing, Product, or Business Development
Minimum 1 year of prior Sales experience
Demonstrate strong communication & listening skills
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed Sales goals
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of outbound, phone-based sales experience
Prior Hospitality experience
Prior Call Center experience
